Jennifer practices in the areas of insolvency and restructuring.

Jennifer's insolvency practice focuses on bankruptcy, receivership, and restructuring proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.

Jennifer has appeared in all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and has assisted on matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. She has experience litigating a variety of civil and administrative proceedings, including class actions, constitutional applications, applications for judicial review, human rights complaints, and large-scale negligence claims.
