Jodi Katz is the Managing Partner for the London office. Jodi practises business law for companies in a variety of sectors, with a focus on the natural resources sector. She has experience in Canada and the United Kingdom and has acted in relation to many corporate transactions, including initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions for both private and public companies. She has also spent 1.5 years on secondment in the legal teams of two leading investment banks in London. Jodi acts for both issuers and underwriters.
Jodi graduated with a combined LL.B./M.B.A. from the University of Toronto. She was a summer student and articling student at the firm's Toronto office before joining the firm as an associate in 1999. Jodi was seconded to the firm's London office in January 2002. From 2004 until 2009, Jodi practised with a large US law firm in London and rejoined Fasken's London office in October 2009.
