Joel Tallerico is developing a broad corporate practice in securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
Joel works on merger and acquisition transactions, financings and corporate reorganizations, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Leveraging his experience as a Senior Advisor to Ministers, Members of Parliament and Senators, Joel also advises and assists clients in navigating complex public policy and political issues.
Joel summered with Fasken after his first year of law school and articled with Fasken after graduating from the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law.
