Joey Blais is an associate practising business, privacy and cybersecurity law. He advises organizations in the technology and life sciences sectors on issues related to regulatory, consumer and cybersecurity law, as well as privacy matters involving personal and health information. He has experience in drafting and reviewing agreements for research projects, clinical trials, artificial intelligence, and the governance of personal and health information.
While Joey advises clients throughout their development, he is most often called upon for financing rounds and governance matters. He drafts and negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements, including licensing and SaaS agreements. He also advises businesses on complying with the Charter of the French Language.
