Jon has served as a director of a number of public and private companies, and has served as an advisory panel member to equity investment funds.  He was a member of the board of directors and audit committee of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and served as a member of the board of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. He has been retained by numerous financial institutions and other clients as an expert witness in relation to certain legal and banking practices.
