Jordan Thompson is a partner offering labour, employment and human rights advice in Fasken’s Surrey and Vancouver offices.
Jordan provides strategic guidance to employers on a variety of workplace issues, and regularly represents unionized employers in labour arbitrations, mediations, collective bargaining and before the BC Labour Board. Additionally, Jordan assists non-unionized employers in a range of matters, including wrongful dismissals, post-employment obligations, employment standards compliance and human rights issues.
Jordan also regularly advises clients on employment and labour matters relating to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, and other commercial transactions.
