Joudy Azrak recently completed her second year at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University, where she graduated with Distinction.
In law school, she has been actively involved as the Vice President of External Relations for the Middle Eastern and North African Law Students’ Association and as Stage Manager for the law school’s annual play production. Committed to pro bono work, Joudy volunteered with the Muslim Legal Support Centre, assisting with legal research and client translations, and contributed as a Research Subcommittee Member for the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers. Prior to joining Fasken, she interned at two international corporate law firms abroad, gaining hands-on experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation. She worked on cross-border disputes, reviewed corporate agreements, and researched jurisdictional issues affecting multinational businesses.
In her free time, Joudy enjoys reading, Pilates, and baking.
