Juliane Rousseau is a lawyer in our Corporate/Commercial group in the Montréal office. Her practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, commercial transactions and corporate finance.
Juliane joined Fasken’s team as a student in 2021 and completed her articles in 2023. The experience she has gained within the Corporate/Commercial Law practice group has given her the opportunity to act in matters in a wide range of industries, including the construction, medical, insurance and agri-food sectors.
Juliane has a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) and was called to the Québec Bar in 2023. During her studies, Juliane distinguished herself academically and through her involvement in student organizations such as the centre assisting students in difficulty, where she was a tutor and mentor.
