Overview

Juliane Rousseau joined the Fasken team as a student in May 2021 after completing her second year of law school at Université de Sherbrooke. Driven by her interest in corporate law, she became actively involved in her faculty’s Business and Investment Law Committee, where she was an events organizer.

Over her academic career, Juliane has distinguished herself through her involvement in the student community. She served as a tutor at the Law Faculty’s Centre d’entraide à l’étude, where she helped students who were struggling academically. She also provided one-on-one mentoring to first-year law students to assist in their integration and guide them as they started their academic careers.

In her free time, when not researching her next travel destination, Juliane leads an active lifestyle. She is a classically trained ballet dancer who now directs her energy into downhill skiing and hiking.
