Julien is a member of the Corporate/Commercial Group at Fasken's Montreal office. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law and corporate finance.
He represents and assists small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), multinational corporations and institutional investors in commercial transactions and large-scale business projects.
Julien also acts as a strategic advisor, collaborating on the development and implementation of legal and business strategies aimed at achieving development, growth and operational risk mitigation objectives.
Over the course of his career, Julien has served as Vice-President in charge of the Asian office of a Montreal-based private merchant bank with an international reach, notably based in Bangkok, Thailand. In this capacity, Julien accompanied and advised Canadian clients in the development of their business in Asia, and supported the establishment of Asian companies, entrepreneurs and investors in the North American market.
