Overview

Justine Benoit is a partner in the Tax Group of our Montréal office. She has extensive experience in corporate taxation, and her practice focuses primarily on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganization.

Justine takes a modern and proactive approach on taxation, closely monitoring the most recent changes and emerging practices in tax law. She keeps close tabs on areas of concern in the business community and adjusts her practice in order to keep up with the ever-evolving tax trends. Her clients range from small to medium sized companies, and also include large business conglomerates.

Justine earned her law degree from Université de Montréal and her master’s degree in taxation from HEC Montréal.

She is also recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada in two categories, Tax Law and Trusts and Estates, as well as in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
