Overview

Kaitlyn maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with a focus on insolvency and restructuring.

She acts for a range of clients including restructuring professionals, creditors and debtors in informal and formal restructuring and liquidation proceedings. Kaitlyn also has experience litigating contract disputes, business-related torts, and civil enforcement matters.

Kaitlyn has appeared before the Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal in Alberta, as well as the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
