Overview

Your goals will drive the strategy used to respond to your dispute.

Clients rely on us to resolve business disputes relating to contracts, commercial insurance, breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence and many other issues.

We’ll match your goals with the resources necessary to achieve them. This includes using powerful technology for e-discovery, task management and risk modeling, which lowers cost and enables speed at the critical early stages of litigation.

Much of our commercial litigation work now involves cross-border considerations such as tax, trade or corporate governance. When necessary, we consult with colleagues throughout our offices who add value to recommended approaches by contributing industry or practice insight.

Fasken’s litigation team is consistently recognized by respected publications for our skills, client work and ongoing contributions to professional leadership.
