Kiran Singh is a member of the Corporate/Commercial group at the firm’s Montreal office. Her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Kiran also regularly intervenes in other commercial and corporate finance transactions. She advises clients from many industries, including energy, manufacturing and retail.
Kiran graduated with degrees in civil and common law from McGill University, with a Major in Commercial Negotiation. She also holds graduate certificates in mediation and dispute resolution from Humboldt University awarded jointly with Tulane University.
