Kirsten provides strategic counsel to private companies on a range of business transactions and commercial activities, including start-up and incorporation issues, debt and equity angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and IT licensing and development.
Prior to joining Fasken, Kirsten practiced at a top corporate law boutique advising startups and emerging tech companies.
Outside of the office, Kirsten enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants around Vancouver, and keeping up with the year’s standout films.
