Kristian Arciaga is a member of the Real Estate Law practice group. Involved in all aspects of real estate law, he regularly advises developers and investors.
Drawing on his experience in commercial lending, Kristian advises on a wide range of real estate matters. Areas of focus include acquisitions and dispositions, financings and leasing, joint ventures and matters relating to development and land use.
Prior to law school, Kristian worked as an Intern at the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia. He was also recognized for the Best Class Essay in Australasian Affairs while earning his undergraduate degree. Upon graduation from law school, he was awarded the prize for highest standing in Business Acquisitions.
Kristian is a former director of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers British Columbia and is Chair of the Canadian Bar Association (BC) Banking Subsection.
In his free time, Kristian enjoys watching the Vancouver Canucks, playing with his Zuchon dog, and travelling.
