Laura has worked on transactions involving offshore/onshore oil production, oil storage agreements, joint ventures, farm ins/outs, joint operating agreements, petroleum licences / production sharing agreements, cross-border acquisitions, listings, due diligence, finance agreements, domestic construction agreements and international litigation/arbitration.

Laura's recent experience has included acting for oil and gas companies such as Oando Energy Resources in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gambia, Tanzania, Nigeria, Rwanda, Zambia, South Sudan, Brazil and Canada. She also acts on a regular basis for one of the world's largest commodities traders in respect of upstream, midstream and downstream transactions. 

Prior to commencing her training contract at the firm, Laura worked for RBS as a Documentor in the Bank's Corporate Documentation Department and as a Credit Analyst for Europe Arab Bank plc.
