Léa Pascale Fauteux Filiatrault is a lawyer in our Corporate/Commercial group at the Montréal office.

As part of her practice, Léa Pascale advises clients on investment funds and asset management. She also has extensive knowledge of compliance, as well as U.S. and cross-border operations.

Léa Pascale has been a member of the Québec Bar since 2022 and the Ontario Bar since 2026. A graduate of the Université de Montréal Faculty of Law, she also earned a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law in 2024.

In 2022, she participated in the private international law courses of The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Fasken, Léa Pascale worked as a legal and regulatory compliance counsel in one of Canada’s largest corporate financial groups.
