Overview

Léon-Sékou Tétreault joined Fasken in the summer of 2026, following his second year of law school at the Université de Montréal.

Léon-Sékou is very involved in his student community, serving as Vice-President of the Comité Droit des Affaires et Gestion (business law and management committee) at the Université de Montréal and as Treasurer of the Black Law Students’ Association.

Léon-Sékou is also a recipient of the Fasken x ICON scholarship, an award recognizing his commitment to innovation and diversity.

Outside of his studies, he enjoys physical activities such as basketball and fitness training.
