Letecia is a recognized as a leader in diversity, social justice, and community engagement and has received the United Way Innovation and Creativity Award, a Vital People award from the Toronto Community Foundation, the Mercedes Benz Emerging Leader recognition at the Women's Executive Network (WXN) Top 100 Awards and was named a Top 100 Accomplished Black Leaders for 2024.
