Lindsay Clark is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer with a broad, business-facing background advising management teams and investors, with a focus on emerging technology companies. As a knowledge and practice innovation lawyer, she is currently focused on working with Fasken’s Emerging Technology group to capture and share legal knowledge resources, and build improved work processes using AI and other technology tools.
Before moving exclusively into a knowledge and practice innovation role, Lindsay worked as a trusted advisor to clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance issues, commercial agreements, equity compensation, equity and debt financings and M&A transactions. This role required practical judgment and quick action across many areas of a company’s legal needs, from day-to-day questions to significant strategic transactions. That breadth of experience gives Lindsay a practical understanding of how legal needs evolve as companies scale, build teams and manage risk.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys gardening, cross-country skiing, strong tea, and going on adventures with her family and friends.
