Her practice places particular emphasis on syndicated and non syndicated secured and unsecured lending, senior and subordinated debt financings, acquisition financings, real estate financings, and cross border lending transactions.
Lu regularly represents Canadian and foreign banks, financial institutions and borrowers across a diverse range of industries, including mining engineering, energy, manufacturing, technology, financial services, real estate investment and construction. She is frequently engaged on complex, time sensitive transactions requiring close coordination across jurisdictions and practice groups.
