Lucinda Patrick-Patel is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team with experience across a wide range of corporate transactions, primarily in the energy and mining sectors, and with a growing focus on Africa. Her principal areas of practice include private M&A, Corporate Finance (including seed funding, follow-on financing, IPOs, public company takeovers and capital raises on AIM and the Main Market) and corporate reorganisations.
She also advises public and private companies on general commercial matters and compliance processes under the UK Companies Act 2006. Lucinda is recognised for her breadth of knowledge, technical skills, ability to navigate complex issues and efficiency in ensuring smooth execution of transactions, making her a valuable contributor to transaction teams and clients.
In her spare time, Lucinda plays the piano, flute and violin.
