Luka is a lawyer in our Banking & Finance group. His practice focuses on banking law, advising both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, and project finance.
In addition to transactional work, Luka advises companies on general corporate governance matters, including legal issues related to corporate affairs, governance structures, and governance best practices.
Before being called to the bar in 2025, Luka held several roles within Fasken’s business development team, where he supported strategic initiatives and conducted various business intelligence analyses.
