Maddison is developing a broad corporate practice with experience in all facets of banking and finance, corporate real estate and commercial transactions.
Maddison has experience working on both domestic and international bilateral and syndicated financings for agents, lenders and borrowers, commercial real estate acquisitions/divestitures and financings, as well as with general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to becoming an associate, Maddison articled with Fasken after graduating from the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law.
