Overview

Maha Fizazi joined Fasken’s Montréal team in 2025 after completing her second year of law school at the University of Ottawa.

Maha has distinguished herself through her active involvement in the Tax Law Association, where she served as Vice-President and currently serves as President. In her second year of law, she was elected by her peers as the second-year student co-representative, which gave her the opportunity to sit on the board of the Civil Law Section of the faculty. Her passion for law led her to become a case manager at the McGill Legal Clinic and a Pro Bono student volunteer at the Côte-Nord Community Justice Center (CNCJC).

In addition to her interest in the law and her related engagements, Maha enjoys sports and travelling.
