Malgorzata Janiec is a Corporate Associate in Fasken’s London office. She has experience advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and equity capital markets, as well as on general corporate matters. Malgorzata is a dual-qualified lawyer in both the U.S and England and Wales.
Prior to joining Fasken, she worked at U.S and international law firms based in London on various corporate and commercial matters. During that time, she also served on secondments with a renewable energy company’s in-house legal team.
