Marcel Beaudoin is a Knowledge and Innovation Lawyer supporting Fasken's Common Law Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Toronto. His practice focuses on monitoring new and emerging legal developments, developing purpose-built resources and content and helping maximize the Firm’s collective knowledge. He works closely with lawyers to help improve efficiency, ensure consistency and enhance delivery of client service through innovative solutions.
Marcel has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A transactions, corporate governance, reorganizations, fund investments and venture capital financings, with a particular emphasis on complex cross-border M&A transactions.
Marcel is a member of the Ontario bar. Prior to joining Fasken, Marcel was an associate in the Corporate and M&A Group at another major Toronto law firm.
