Marie-Claude Simard is a paralegal in the Corporate/Commercial Group at our Quebec City office. She joined the team in 2024 after articling with the firm.
As part of her role, Marie-Claude collaborates with members of the Business Law team in the preparation of corporate documents required for various transactions. In particular, she incorporates, organizes and registers companies. She is also responsible for updating these documents. As part of her due diligence, Marie-Claude performs various searches in public registers and drafts search reports.
