Marie-Hélène Guérard is a lawyer in the Real Estate group in our Montréal Office.

Drawing from a solid legal background in civil law from the University of Ottawa, she focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate law, including sales and acquisitions, financing and commercial leasing.

A large part of Marie-Hélène’s work consists of representing and advising a varied client base that includes lenders, owners, real estate developers and builders.
