Marie-Pier Gagnon Nadeau practises with the Civil and Commercial Litigation group at the Montréal office. As such, she represents and advises clients in individual or class actions involving civil liability, franchisor-franchisee relationships, contract interpretation and private international law.
Marie-Pier intervenes at each step during litigation, including offering legal advice, drafting pleadings and submissions, appearances in court, and negotiating settlements.
Before launching her law career at Fasken, Marie-Pier completed the combined civil/common law program at McGill University, during which she participated in the Concours Charles-Rousseau and the World Universities Comparative Law Project.
Marie-Pier had previously accumulated more than seven years experience as a successful print journalist. She has also worked in the events and public relations sectors.
