Martha’s expertise spans a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including incorporations, amalgamations, continuations, dissolutions, restorations, corporate reorganizations, extra-provincial registrations and the annual maintenance of B.C. companies, federal corporations, societies and not-for-profit organizations.
