Maude Comtois Lapointe is an associate in the Labour, Employment and Human Rights group in our Montréal office. She draws on nine years of experience representing employers before the Administrative Labour Tribunal and the Superior Court, particularly in matters involving occupational health and safety, workers’ compensation, and labour relations.
Maude has built a strong track record representing, among others, members of the Association québécoise des CPE and the Mutuelle de prévention des CPE. Throughout her legal career, she has advised and supported CPE boards of directors and senior management teams, as well as occupational health and safety advisors. She has also appeared before various tribunals.
