Maurice Wong is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and is currently an articling student in Fasken’s Vancouver office.

Prior to joining the Vancouver office, Maurice was an associate in the Corporate/Commercial practice group in Fasken’s London office and acted on mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), joint ventures, capital raisings, corporate structuring, corporate governance and company secretarial matters.

In the United Kingdom, Maurice advised clients on issues spanning the lifetime of a company, from incorporation to dissolution. He has experience drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including share purchase agreements, subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.  Maurice also assisted with corporate due diligence.
