Montréal (Canada) – Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that Yves Turgeon has joined the firm's Labour, Employment & Human Rights Practice Group in Montréal.

For over 20 years, Yves Turgeon has advised and represented employers in a wide range of sectors. His practice focuses on labour relations in the construction industry. He also represents large industrial companies and their associations with regard to various aspects related to the Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry, and he counsels clients with regard to licenses delivered under Québec's Building Act, as well as their obligations under occupational health and safety legislation regarding principal contractors.
