Fasken Martineau announced today that it advised Lumenpulse in its acquisition of the majority of assets of Projection Lighting Limited.

London (UK) - Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that it advised Lumenpulse in its acquisition of the majority of assets of Projection Lighting Limited, a UK-based manufacturer of LED solutions for retail, display and architectural applications in a transaction valued at GBP 16.6 million.

The transaction will allow Lumenpulse to expand its market share with a wide variety of LED solutions and accelerate its expansion into new geographical markets previously served by Projection.
