This February 1, ABC-Québec is offering a training session entitled “A Review of Trademark Law in 2016” facilitated by speaker Mtre Jean-Philippe Mikus of Fasken Martineau who each year finds increasingly inventive ways to make his presentation more entertaining. Previous years’ themes included Valentine’s Day and the Chinese New Year, and the theme this year is the Irish holiday “St. Brigid’s Day”.
Organized by the Information, Telecommunication and Intellectual Property section of ABC-Québec, chaired by Mtre Vincent Bergeron (acting) of Robic and Chloé Latulippe of Fasken, this session is worth 1.5 hours of training and can be attended via videoconference from Québec City.
