("Voyager" or the "Company") (CSE: VYGR) (OTCQB: VYGVF) (FRA: UCD2), today announced that Assets Under Management (AUM) have surpassed US$1.1 billion, and presently sit at approximately US$1.15 billion, up 5X from US$230 million at the end of December 2020 and up from US$800 million as of February 4, 2021. In addition, as of February 15, 2021, the Company has surpassed 1 million trades in the month of February, which exceeds the total amount for the month of January.

The Company also announced that Krisztián Tóth has been appointed Director of the Company and that Gaspard De Dreuzy has resigned as a Director of the Company. Krisztián is a Partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, a leading international business law and litigation firm, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Law, Corporate Governance and Corporate Law and is recognized for his capital markets experience.
