Fasken Recognized in The Legal 500 EMEA across Eight Practice Areas

The Firm was also recognized in Legal 500’s Green Guide: EMEA for our engagement with sustainability in the region.

Johannesburg (South Africa) – Fasken is pleased to announce that the Firm has been recognized in the 2023 edition of The Legal 500 Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), across eight practice areas.

The Firm ranked top tier (Band 1) in Projects & Infrastructure, and nationwide in Employment, Mining, Banking & Finance, Competition, Construction, Dispute Resolution, and Commercial, Corporate and M&A.

Neil MacKenzie was named a Next Generation Partner (Competition), while Lara Bezuidenhoudt and Ashen Jugoo were named Leading Individuals (Projects & Infrastructure).

These recognitions complement the Firm’s recent inclusion in the 2023 Legal 500 Green Guide: Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for our role in Environmental Law and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Law and Sustainability in the region.
