Ottawa Partner and Co-Leader of Fasken’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications group, Leslie Milton, comments on Canada’s Space Launch Act and the potential impact it could have on the country’s space industry in an article published in CBA National.
“The concept is that once you have the regulation in place, you have certainty for the industry,” said Milton. “That will allow the industry to grow and hopefully thrive and certainly serve both Canadian domestic commercial interests as well as, potentially, defence and government interests.”
