Based in the Calgary office, Bruce brings more than four decades of experience advising clients on corporate and commercial matters. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with organizations in the natural resources sector, including companies involved in oil sands and offshore oil and gas development.
Bruce advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and securities transactions, including public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, takeover bids, plans of arrangement, asset and securities purchase and sale transactions, and corporate and trust reorganizations. He also provides strategic guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
