Overview

Nicolas Girard-Bissonnette is currently a student in the Law-MBA program at the Université de Sherbrooke. He joined the Fasken team at the end of his second year as part of his first co-op internship.

Throughout his university studies, Nicolas has been actively involved in faculty life, notably as Vice-President of Professional Affairs for the law students’ association (AGED) at the Université de Sherbrooke. He has also been involved in a number of committees and commissions, including the Business Law and Investment Committee, the Arts Committee, its Board of Directors, its Elections Committee, and its Budget Committee.

He also served as a teaching assistant for the first-year course, Research I, and completed a student internship with a Superior Court judge.

Outside of his academic and professional commitments, Nicolas is passionate about sports, particularly running and hiking, demonstrating his balance between intellectual rigor and personal well-being. He is also interested in politics, a field in which he gained practical experience during his studies.
