Overview

Nolan Hurlburt (He/Him/His) is a lawyer and former software developer who leads the our legal technology team, advising on AI-enabled systems and the strategic application of technology to legal service delivery.

Nolan brings a systems-level perspective to legal service delivery, technology architecture and process design, with particular focus on how agents, automation and data-centric platforms can augment professional judgment, improve quality and scale expertise. His work sits at the intersection of legal practice, technology and organizational change.

A deliberately design-focused thinker, Nolan has experience guiding law firms on the journey from isolated tools to cohesive, strategy-led technology ecosystems. He works with senior leaders and practice groups in the design and execution technology initiatives spanning AI strategy, governance, agentic workflows, data and knowledge systems, ensuring that innovation project deliver real value and are aligned with both our obligations as lawyers.
