Overview

Olivia Elliot graduated from Queen’s University’s Faculty of Law in 2025, following the completion of an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at McMaster University.

During her time at Queen’s Law, Olivia served as the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Student Representative, the student representative on the Queen’s Law Renewal, Tenure, and Promotion Committee, a Political Science Alumni Mentor, and held various teaching assistant positions. She also contributed to the OBA Student Newsletter and McMaster’s Digital Democracy blog.

Professionally, Olivia brings a diverse range of experience, including roles in healthcare administration, as a parliamentary assistant, and in curriculum development as an English as a Second Language instructor. She proudly serves in the Canadian Armed Forces Naval Reserve, having achieved full trade certification in August 2023.

In her spare time, Olivia is actively involved with her local reserve unit, participates in grassroots political initiatives, and supports local businesses. She approaches each day with the belief that we can all make a  meaningful impact by serving others.
