Olivia is developing a broad corporate practice in securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and all facets of corporate real estate.
Olivia works on merger and acquisition transactions, financings and corporate reorganizations, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. She also assists clients on a variety of real estate transactions involving the acquisition, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial and industrial properties.
Olivia summered with Fasken after her first year of law school and articled with Fasken after graduating from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law.
