She actively contributes to high-level strategic discussions, plays a key role in the drafting and review of complex transactional documents, and manages the end-to-end execution of associated projects with careful attention to detail.
Oraizia is integrally involved in pioneering projects and finance transactions within the renewable energy sector. Her hands-on experience includes supporting the team with due diligence processes, preparing financing agreements, and reviewing complex project documentation with a specific focus on power purchase agreements, demonstrating both her legal acumen and commitment to advancing sustainable development and long-term infrastructure initiatives.
