Overview

Paul Côté-Lépine joined Fasken’s Labour, Employment & Human Rights group after completing his articles with the firm in the winter of 2015. Handling all aspects of employment relations, he advises on matters ranging from the interpretation of collective agreements, to grievance arbitrations, labour relations, labour standards and employment disputes.

As such, he appears before the civil and administrative courts.

Paul also delivers seminars and is frequently invited to provide customized corporate training.

Prior to his legal studies, while earning his first bachelor’s degree in political science, Paul was recognized on the dean’s list three times.

Actively involved in college and university rugby for several years, Paul successfully balanced sports with studies, acting as captain of the Université de Montréal’s rugby team, the Carabins, while completing his bachelor of laws.
