Pavle is an associate in the Energy and Natural Resources group in Fasken’s Vancouver office. He has worked with clients on a variety of commercial, regulatory and transactional matters in the energy, mining, infrastructure and natural resource sectors.
Pavle assists with the preparation and review of construction, procurement, supply, services and other project-related agreements. He also has experience with matters involving Indigenous consultation and engagement, environmental and regulatory compliance, sustainability disclosure and corporate transactions. In addition, Pavle assists with due diligence and the review and coordination of complex project and transaction documents.
