Philippe N’Djoré Acka is an associate in our business law team, practising with the investment management group.
Philippe holds a Juris Doctor from Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Civil Law from Université Laval. While in law school, Philippe founded the black law students’ association at Université Laval (Association des étudiants noirs en droit) and was elected its president. He also completed a semester abroad at the Université de la Nouvelle-Calédonie.
Prior to law school, Philippe worked for a sports administrative tribunal in Montréal after completing his Master of Arts in Sport Management at Western University. Philippe is also a former university football student-athlete who played for the Bishop’s University Gaiters and the Western University Mustangs.
Prior to joining Fasken, Philippe completed his articles at another leading Canadian law firm.
