Ralph Muncer is a paralegal in Fasken’s London office, assisting lawyers across a broad range of practice areas, including Corporate and Commercial law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Banking and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. He works closely with legal teams advising financial institutions, corporate clients, and public sector stakeholders, with particular experience supporting matters involving cross border elements and complex regulatory considerations.
Ralph holds a qualifying law degree from Queen’s University Belfast, covering England and Wales and Northern Ireland, and maintains a strong interest in legislative and economic developments across both jurisdictions. He closely follows regulatory change and market conditions, recognising the opportunities and risks they present for clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.
In 2022, Ralph was appointed as a Magistrate, presiding over cases in courts across London and the East of England. This judicial experience, combined with his completion of the Legal Practice Course, provides him with practical insight into court procedures, evidentiary issues, and litigation risk, which he applies when supporting lawyers on contentious matters and dispute strategy.
Before joining Fasken, Ralph worked for a Member of Parliament and has also served in local government in an elected capacity.
