Overview

Sabiha is developing a broad corporate practice in all facets of banking and finance, corporate real estate and commercial transactions.

Sabiha assists on both domestic and international bilateral and syndicated financings for agents, lenders and borrowers, commercial real estate acquisitions/divestitures and financings, as well as with general corporate and commercial matters.

Sabiha summered with Fasken after her first year of law school and articled with Fasken after graduating from the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law.
